Guaranteed Exchanges:
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can exchange anything except personalized items or edible items for any reason. If you need to exchange something, please send an email to customerservice@littlepamperedbabies.com within 7 days of receiving your order for an authorization number for the exchange. We will issue an authorization number only within 7 days as long as the items are unused, in the original packaging and accompanied by the original packaging slip. Items without an authorization number will not be accepted. Little Pampered Babies does not exchange worn clothing due to hygienic reasons. We will do everything to accommodate your situation. Please be advised that shipping is non-refundable.

Delivery Time:

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days from when the order was placed. If there is a delayed shipment you will be notified via e-mail.

Shipping:
Little Pampered Babies uses USPS Priority Mail or UPS for most shipping. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of NewJersey (7%). This is due to the fact that our office is in New York. All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
